Does PRUNE INDIA deliver Internationally?

Yes, we deliver across the globe. Whether you are close to home or far away across oceans and continents, our floral jewellery will make its way to you!


How is the Jewellery Packed?

All items are packed in an eco-friendly box made from recycled paper and cardboard. It is durable and tamper-proof. 


How should I store the jewellery?

We recommend that you store the jewellery in the box provided with the purchased product. However, it must be kept in a dry, cool place.


How to track order status?

Once an order is confirmed, the item is dispatched from the warehouse via our delivery partners such as DTDC, DHL, ARAMEX, etc. Within 24 hours of dispatch, a confirmation message and an email will be sent to the customer. The confirmation message comprises a unique tracking ID and link. The customer may track the order through the same.


Is there any chance of damage to the jewellery during transit?

We ensure that your Floral jewellery is completely safe during transit. However, it is important for the person receiving the order to accept the delivery only if the package is sealed and does not display any signs of tampering. How do I make the payment?

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debits cards, net banking, and internet bank transfers.


Can I change my shipping address once an order is placed?

After an order is confirmed, we do not have an option to change the shipping address through our website. 

However, you may contact us at pruneindia@gmail.com. We will try our best to change the shipping address.


How do I return or exchange an item?

Our products are custom-made and details of the product are discussed with the customer prior to the final confirmation. Hence, we do not offer any return or exchange on an item.


However, if the product is damaged/defective or if an incorrect item is delivered- we shall replace it immediately as per our Replacement/Return Policy.


What about customs and other duties?

Some countries may levy import taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties on imported goods. These charges will typically be due once the shipped items arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible to comply with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Prune India does not hold responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.


 Is there a return option available for International orders?

No, we do not offer any returns or exchanges for international orders.


My order is delayed, what should I do?

It is rare but your may get delayed. In such cases, check your mail inbox for updates. You can also reach out to our support team for updates regarding your shipment.


 How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once an order is placed, you receive a confirmation call from our support team. In addition, you are notified with a message and an email containing the tracking ID and link.


Replacement / Return Policy:- 

In case if the product is damaged or defective it is subject to our 7 days replacement policy, the information to which is to be provided within 12 hours of receiving the product, else it is not viable for replacement or return. We shall evaluate the packaging and replace it immediately if it is found eligible. In the event of an incorrect item being shipped, we shall replace the item with the original in 10 - 15 days depending on the customers geographical location. We should be notified with 12 hours of receiving the product else it will not be considered.



Under the policy, the product shall not be eligible for return or replacement in the following situations:

  • If the original box containing the product is damaged
  • If the product is washed
  • If the product is not in its original state
  • If the product is returned without its original packing & items
  • Products with missing content, damaged or tampered

At Prune India, we value customer experience. We are committed to delivering your order on time and with premium-quality packaging. We ship worldwide and ensure that your order reaches you in the shortest span of time. In addition, we partner with trusted courier agencies only. 


Delivery charges

Delivery charges apply in India and Internationally according to the weight of the product, they are subject to change if there is a surge in shipping charges due to multiple factors.


Estimated delivery time & tracking

Upon confirmation of payment, the order is processed and shipped within 6-8 business days from the warehouse. It could vary based on online security checks and payment modes.


After dispatch, it gets delivered within 10-12 business days in India. However, it can take around 15-30 days in case of international orders.


An email is sent to the customer upon confirmation. You may check the status of your order with our logistic partners and track the same with the order ID & link provided in the email.
